This is just an announcement to all halo fans that have added me, it seems that Marvel author Fred Van Lente is doing work on a halo comic called Halo: Blood Line (). And from what u have read the comics are extremely detailed and badass. The series contains a total of about 5 books and they are all illustrations and tell a very interesting story following pre-halo events prior to Reach. Heres the plot in a nutshell,

"Blood Line is also a pre-"Halo: Combat Evolved" story, focused on a small Black Ops sabotage and intelligence fire team of Spartans assigned to the ONI, the Office of Naval Intelligence. While on a top-secret mission in enemy space, their ship crashes on a remote moon along with a Covenant cruiser. When a mysterious entity that has lurked on the moon for millions of years threatens both groups, Spartans and Covenant have to forge an uneasy alliance to take down the common threat ... but not all humans and aliens can suddenly start treating the other like allies.."

And this is one of the quotes from a book that made me feel really interested in it:

"Greetings! I am the monitor of Line Installation 1-4. I am 6-8-6 Ebullient Prism. My function is to collect and inspect any and all specimens captured within this sector for evidence of immunity to infestation by The Flood. I require your assistance. Please do not move while you are dissected and all your tissues are properly analyzed and cataloged."

From what i understand the comics have to do with the moon being a Forunner structure and is this Ebullient Prism figure is a new kind of monitor which as i saw in art from the comics has robotic tentacles that somehow remind me of that of Graveminds. The robotic being apparently takes spartans and covenant for testing against immunity from the Flood(the infection) and they must work TOGETHER(FIRST TIME EVER THIS HAS HAPPENED! the covenant and humans hate each other)

one other thing i seem to notice in the art is an A.I. similiar to Cortana from Halo 3.
and from another quote it states that there is a traitor when they form the uneasy alliance. This is the quote:

"The Elites and Spartans' uneasy alliance to rescue their captured comrades from the depths of the ancient complex is pushed to the breaking point when a traitor is revealed in their midst. But is the turncoat human, Covenant...or something even more terrifying?"

As you can tell the story is very well developed with its turns and surprises so it is overall a good read and i highly reccomend it to halo fans everywhere. If I am to prescore it i would say a 5/5. And judging marvel being the greatest comic company i expect this to be amazing. Well that's all, Nightwolf out!
